IMPORTANT UPDATE: Disney has announced that Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will return for the 2022 fall festivities! Disney After Hours Boo Bash was held in place of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in 2021; however, it will not return for 2022. Disney After Hours Boo Bash is a new After Hours event at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom which made its debut in Fall 2021!

This Magic Kingdom event requires a separate ticket for entry, and ran select nights from August 10, 2021 through October 31, 2021 — Halloween night!

Once inside, guests will enjoy plenty of ghoulish fun and entertainment unique to the Boo Bash! This includes Halloween-themed character cavalcades, Disney character appearances throughout the park, musical performances by the Cadaver Dans, and a special (and spooky!) atmosphere created with decorations, lighting, and music.

The event also features Trick-or-Treat stops (for CANDY!!). And guests can partake in ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select beverages — included with the price of admission. Specialty items are also available for additional purchase.

Disney After Hours events are limited-capacity events that take place after normal park operating hours, so guests also enjoy lower wait times for park attractions. Guests of all ages are welcome to wear costumes*, too!

Disney After Hours Boo Bash was offered on select nights starting August 10, 2021 through October 31, 2021 — Halloween night! Disney After Hours Boo Bash ran from 9PM to midnight on most nights, though select evenings in August and September will run from 9:30PM to 12:30AM.

Ticket holders were able to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 7PM. Guests did NOT require a day park ticket or Disney Park Pass theme park reservation — only a ticket for the Boo Bash was required.

Tickets for adults and children ranged from $129.00 to $199.00, with prices varying by event date. For August and September dates, tickets started at $129 – $139. For most October nights, tickets started at $159 – $169. For October 31st, Halloween night, tickets were $199. Prices do not include tax.

Ticket Information

Tickets went on sale to the general public on June 15, 2021. An early purchase window was available to guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels starting June 8, 2021.
