Are you up for a diving ADVENTURE in The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion in EPCOT? SCUBA-certified guests can DIVE into the park with EPCOT Seas Adventure — DiveQuest!
This truly unique experience offers participants the opportunity to dive in EPCOT’s current-free 5.7-million-gallon saltwater aquarium which is home to over 2,000 sea creatures including — but not limited to — sea turtles, reef fish, stingrays, and sharks! A backstage tour of the aquarium is also part of the experience.
You may want to have a family member or friends nearby in the pavilion, as 56 windows provide the opportunity for them to see your dive!
Location
Check-in takes place 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour at Guest Relations located near the Main Entrance of EPCOT.
Time
DiveQuest is a two-hour experience, and includes a backstage tour with approximately 40 minutes spent on the dive.
DiveQuest is available daily typically starting at 2PM and 5PM, but you can view all available times and dates on the Disney World EPCOT DiveQuest Page.
Requirements and Equipment
Disney provides specific guidelines regarding SCUBA certification, requirements, and equipment as follows:Â
- Proof of SCUBA certification is required to participate, and guests must be 10 or older. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Diving equipment is provided. Disney notes that while personal diving equipment is not permitted, you may bring your own dive mask.
- A bathing suit is required. Locker rooms with free lockable lockers, towels, shampoo, and hair dryers are provided. Disney notes that “Shorty wetsuits will be provided in men’s sizes XS to 5X and women’s XS to 5X.”
- No jewelry is permitted in the aquarium other than a watch.
- Disney notes that “Guests must transfer from their motorized scooter or electric convenience vehicle (ECV) to an available wheelchair, and later transfer from the wheelchair into the water.”
Family and Friend Information
As noted above, you may want to have a family member or friends nearby in the pavilion, as 56 windows provide the opportunity for them to see your dive! Disney states that “Friends or family members are not allowed behind the scenes for this tour. However, they can view your dive through any of the 56 giant acrylic windows at The Seas with Nemo & Friends! The best location for friends and family to view your dive is from the upstairs viewport in the tunnel of The Seas with Nemo & Friends, approximately 40 minutes after your tour begins. Park admission is required for Guests wishing to view divers.”

$229–$249 per Person (Price varies by date; tax not included)
Additional Information
- Park admission is required and not included in the cost of the tour;
- Cameras, video equipment, and cell phones are NOT permitted in backstage areas;
- Cancellations are required two days prior to your tour to avoid forfeiting the entire price of the tour;
- No dining component is included with this tour.
