Though offerings may change, the current food trucks are 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck, GoJuice, and the Cilantro Urban Eatery Food Truck. Each has their own menu full of delicious goodies!

Location: Exposition Park in Disney Springs West Side (though occasionally the trucks are brought to serve other areas of Disney World)

Hours for the food trucks vary, and on weekdays they may open as late as 5PM. (They typically open earlier on weekends and during peak crowd seasons.)
The Disney Food Trucks are — of course — mobile! Therefore there is no set location for any given truck 100% of the time. However, “home base” for the Food Trucks is Exposition Park in Disney Springs West Side, where you will typically find at least two in operation.
