Great Maple is a “Southern California-based modern American eatery.” It serves upscale dishes of fan-favorite comfort foods like fried chicken, burgers, and even salads.
This restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and provides easy access for overnight guests, locals, and theme park visitors.
Signature dishes include Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts, the Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, and the Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs. Plus, you can indulge in the full bar which serves wine, beer, and cocktails.
