Our favorite item in China — the gorgeous Spring Pancake had flavors and textures that were unexpected but worked very well together. We really appreciated the spicy sauce!
Spring Pancake with Grilled Chicken and Green Apple
You’ll need to work your way to the delicious strawberries! Expect the sugar coating to be of a “break-your-teeth” quality.
Beijing-Style Candied Strawberries
If you’re only choosing one item here, go for the pancake. This pan-fried vegetable bun contains a vermicelli and vegetable center. It’s nothing special.

Sweet, thick, and shareable! The bubble tea is a fun item!
Peach- Oolong Bubble Tea -- comes much fuller than this, just drank a bit 😉
