We were super impressed with the Vegetable spring rolls. The fresh tastes and great dipping sauce made this one of our favorites at the booth.
Another favorite item in China — the gorgeous Spring Pancake had flavors and textures that were unexpected but worked very well together. We really appreciated the spicy sauce!
You’ll need to work your way to the delicious strawberries! Expect the sugar coating to be of a “break-your-teeth” quality.
Sweet, thick, and shareable! The bubble tea is a fun item! Orange ones are filled with a liquid; these are the “popping” bubbles. Maybe guava? Dark ones are the customary tapioca. Love the orange!
Lychee aerated water is a light, fruit-flavored take on soda, and is a terrific thirst quencher! If you love the exotic flavor of lychee, then you’ll really enjoy this!

Kung Fu Punch
This bright yellow concoction is spiked heavily, but looks and feels like fruit juice. Tread carefully!
