UPDATED October 26, 2024

Mobile Order is available to within the Disneyland Mobile App to all guests in Disneyland Resort! Mobile Order allows guests to pre-order and pre-pay for their food at participating Counter Service restaurants around Disneyland Resort.

Upon arrival to the restaurant, guests using Mobile Order can then bypass the ordering queue and go straight to a designated Pick Up Counter to get their food.

Please note that select third-party restaurants in Downtown Disney also offer Mobile Ordering; however, these locations offer the service via the restaurant’s own app or website (as opposed to via the Disneyland app):

• Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen Express offers online ordering for Beignets and select products via the Jazz Kitchen Express website
• Jamba offers online ordering via the Jamba app and Jamba website
• Salt & Straw offers online ordering via the Salt & Straw website

Step-By-Step Instructions for Mobile Order

STEP 1: Open the Disneyland app on your device.

STEP 2: From the Home Screen of the app, expand options and select “Order Food.” (You will also see the “Order Food” option if you visit the individual restaurant page of a location offering Mobile Order.)

STEP 3: Select a restaurant from the list of participating locations. Note that an Arrival Time is suggested which you may select, or choose “More Times” to see additional half hour arrival time slots throughout the day.

STEP 4: Once you choose a time, your next screen will automatically populate. Now you can check out the menu options and build your order!

You can choose individual categories by selecting the preferred icons (as seen above), or simply scroll to see all the menu items.

STEP 5: Just click on individual items to learn more about a dish.

Step 6: Customize your order, if applicable.

You will be able to continue to the next step once you select your customizations.

STEP 7: Select “Add” the item once you decide to add it to your order.

STEP 8: Upon adding all your desired items, you can Review Your Order. You may also Modify Your Order, which offers you the chance to make adjustments by deleting or changing the number of any items, or changing any customization options. (This option will populate once you have at least one item in your cart.)

STEP 9: Once you’re happy with your order, you can view your final Total and select your preferred payment option. 

STEP 10: View your Order Summary. Does everything look good? Select Purchase, then add your credit card information or other applicable form of payment as prompted. 

STEP 11:  Arrive at your restaurant during your chosen window of time, and select the “I’m here” option which will automatically populate.

Step 12: Pick up your food at the designated counter once you receive notification that it’s ready. Then ENJOY!

Remember, Disneyland Magic Key Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Disney Visa Cardholders are able to apply their discounts via the app!

Using Mobile Order with Disney Genie

You can also see available Mobile Order options within the Disney Genie section of the Disneyland app. Simply navigate to “Dining” from the home screen (as seen on the bottom right). You’ll see the options for Mobile Order presented on the Tip Board. (You’ll also be presented with any Table Service restaurant options in the area.)

The times are listed for the next arrival window, which is the soonest that you’d be able to get your food from those restaurants. You can click on that time, and it will take you to the menu for that restaurant.

From here, you’re now in the Mobile Order system, so simply follow the same steps as listed above!

Allergy-Friendly Dining with Mobile Order

Dining in Disneyland with a special diet? You may also find an Allergy-Friendly icon listed among the food categories, where such options are offered. (This particular screenshot is taken from Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.)

Upon selecting, you’ll see a list of Allergies that may be accommodated.

These may include Gluten/Wheat, Egg, Fish/Shellfish, Milk, Peanut/Tree Nut, and Soy.

Methods of Payment

Upon Mobile Order’s debut, guests were only able to pay using a credit card. Now, guests also have the option to pay with Apple Pay, a Disney Gift Card, or a Disney Rewards Card.
