Recently, Disney World announced that a classic Hollywood Studios attraction is CLOSING.
That’s right, we’ll soon be saying goodbye to Muppet*Vision 3D and all of Muppets Courtyard as the area gets replaced with a Monsters, Inc.-themed land. As a consolation, Disney will be replacing Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster with a Muppets coaster. But even with that change, the loss of Muppet*Vision is pretty controversial — and fans have a lot of questions and concerns!
Disney World’s Lightning Lane Premier Pass may still be new, but it’s already proven to be incredibly popular.
The new skip-the-line service allows each guest who purchases it one one-time entry to each Lightning Lane experience in the selected theme park — but at a pretty hefty price. Still, that hasn’t stopped folks from selling the service out in some parks over the week of Thanksgiving — and on Monday, Lightning Lane Premier Pass sold out in every single Disney World park.
Disney will unveil a brand-new take on a classic EPCOT ride in 2025!
In June 2024, Test Track closed to be reimagined as a new, third version of the ride. The new iteration of the attraction will take inspiration from its predecessor, World of Motion, and is currently scheduled to debut in 2025. And, if that isn’t enough to get you hyped for the revamp, there are also 6 BIG additions coming to Test Track 3.0!
There are plenty of changes going on at Disney World right now — and we’re pretty darn excited about them!
Over at Animal Kingdom, the new Tropical Americas Land is already underway, and Villains Land and Cars attractions in Magic Kingdom are coming in the future, too. Now that we officially know where the new Monsters, Inc. Land coming to Hollywood Studios will be located, we’re diving into the concept art to see what we can decode.
It’s been a few months since we first heard about a diabolical-sounding invention called the toilet timer and learned that they were installed at a popular tourist destination.
Back in June, this invention made headlines when it was reported that the Yungang Buddhist Grottoes in China, a stunning tourist destination that boasts 51,000 statues carved into 252 caves and niches — all around 1,500 years old — had installed toilet timers in their restrooms. As the name implies, there is a literal timer above the toilet, and you’ve only got a limited time to, well, do your business. This sparked WILD backlash, but primarily overseas here in the United States, not over in China, where it was taking place. We’ve spent months thinking about this (no, we’re not kidding) and decided to really dive into some research. As it turns out, China was FAR from the first place to implement the concept of timed bathroom visits — they’ve actually been around in the United States alone (in a slightly less conspicuous form) for at least 16 years.
Be one of the very first to see INSIDE Disney’s brand new cruise ship, the Disney Treasure.
We got an exclusive sneak peek of the restaurants, lounges, staterooms, shows, and MORE on Disney’s newest ship and we’re bringing you along with us.
We’ve got a new update in EPCOT to share with you and it’s quite a notable change!
EPCOT at Disney World has seen many changes recently, with extending its popular Encanto sing-along show, getting ready for the Festival of the Holidays to start soon, and even updating ride scenes in one of our favorite attractions. While this change might be a little more subtle than the last, it’s one we’re very excited about and it seems a lot of other folks are already, too!
