We recently came across a Threads post that has made it onto our list of favorite takes about Disney World, and we knew we had to share it with you!
TRON Lightcycle / Run has been one of the most popular rides in Disney World since it opened on April 4th, 2023.
TRON Lightcycle / Run
The fast-paced roller coaster takes you into the grid of the popular TRON movies. As Team Blue and Team Green race, you’ll find yourself having a blast on your lightcycle. When the ride first opened, it was only available through a virtual queue boarding group and Lightning Lane Single Pass (previously Individual Lightning Lane). But recently, its line offerings have changed, and we are SHOCKED by the outcome!
We’re in the middle of hurricane season, and there has been a lot of activity in the Atlantic region. Hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th, and so far this year, we’ve seen storms like Tropical Storm Francine and Hurricane Beryl rip through the country, producing heavy rain and strong wind.

While some will be useful for years to come, such as kitchen and home items, some Disney souvenirs are kind of one-time use only. It might be because you only feel comfortable wearing or using them in the parks, or some items are just gone after using them one time. Then there are seasonal items, such as Advent calendars, that are really only good for one time a year, but gosh, it’s hard to resist them!
