There’s nothing quite like booking a trip knowing you get to stay in brand-new resort rooms! It just feels extra special.
Things are changing over in Disneyland, from the rebranding of Pacific Wharf to San Fransokyo Square to a retheme of the Paradise Pier Hotel. Another change is the NEW DVC Villas building at the Disneyland Hotel! We already got a first look at some of the rooms, but now we know exactly when this resort will be opening its doors to guests.
When it comes to deciding where to stay on your Disneyland trip, there are plenty of options!
You could stay at the Pixar Place Hotel (formerly known as the Paradise Pier Hotel) if you want a touch of Pixar in your hotel. The Grand Californian gives you direct access to Disney California Adventure if you want to be really close to the action. Then there’s the Disneyland Hotel which is one of the most iconic Disney hotels — and we’ve got some news about a new addition to this classic resort!
There is A LOT that goes into planning a Disney vacation.
One of the biggest decisions you’ll have to make is where to stay during your vacation. We’ve got a definitive ranking of ALL the Disney World hotels, but some of them are closer to other parks, so if you’re spending most of your time in Magic Kingdom, it narrows down which may be the best for your stay. Proposing at Disney World…a dream for many and a nightmare for some! (hello, that’s a LOT of attention.)
Disney proposals can go one of MANY ways — whether you’re proposing in front of Cinderella Castle, on a private fireworks cruise, or in front of your favorite attraction! However, a fan-favorite proposal spot is by the Cinderella Wishing Well close to Cinderella Castle!
The new live-action version of the Disney classic The Little Mermaid is releasing soon, and there’s a ton of news surrounding the highly-anticipated film.

Halle Bailey, the actress starring as Ariel in this remake, just showed us another (mini) lookalike — a brand-new doll inspired by the film!

Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration brought us lots of magic — and we’re so sad for the celebration to end on March 31st, 2023.
This magical celebration brought us merchandise, new shows and entertainment, and our favorite thing: FOOD! For the last year and a half, we have spent time in the parks trying all of the 50th Anniversary Celebration snacks. We have tasted them all — the sweet and salty, the big and small, and we definitely found our favorites!
While it makes sense that Disney would retire these snacks at the end of the 50th Celebration, we’re just not ready to let some of these snacks go! If you find yourself at Disney World before March 31st, make sure to try these snacks before they go!
