It’s time to catch up with what’s going on around Disney’s resorts!
We’ve ranked all of Disney’s resorts and even have a post on which ones we think are the best for 2023. We consistently watch all of them and check for all the latest updates, and this week we found LOTS of new snacks and more!
If you travel (and if you travel to Disney World), you probably fly to get to where you’re going.
Of course, flying brings with it some challenges, particularly the chance of a flight getting delayed or canceled. The biggest challenge, though, is paying for that airfare. Although you can occasionally score some good deals and discounts, there are still two times in 2023 when it’s probably going to be MORE expensive to fly.
Disneyland is the place to BE right now!
The 100th anniversary celebrations are happening which means there are a bunch of new things to do at the resort. On top of new snacks, new nighttime spectaculars, and new exhibits, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway just opened with tons of unique Easter Eggs. But what else is happening at Disneyland Resort? Let’s find out!
Were you affected by the Southwest Airlines flight problems that happened over the holidays?
Although Southwest’s cancellations began as the result of winter weather, the airline continued to cancel over 16,000 flights over multiple days even after the weather was no longer an issue. This left many travelers frustrated and stranded during the busy holiday travel season. Many now question why the airline had a meltdown, including the U.S. Senate.
If there’s one thing you can always count on in Disney World, it’s that change is inevitable.
And if there’s one thing you can count on DFB for, it’s that we’ll bring you the latest updates, changes, and news you need to know about for your Disney World trip. So, let’s take a look at some of the biggest construction updates you missed in Disney World this week!
Okay, is a LOT is happening in the world of Disney World food!
First, the EPCOT Festival of the Arts is still going on with all its food booths. Now, we’ve got Valentine’s Day treats arriving at the resort. But we ALSO have all the Celebrate Soulfully foods at Disney World, too. SO MUCH FOOD. Meanwhile, some Disney World restaurants saw menu updates this week — let’s look at those changes!
Welcome back to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
With this month being both Black History Month and Valentine’s Day, we’ve seen lots of new snacks all throughout the resort. But that’s not all that’s new in this popular park — come with us to see all the news from this past week!
Welcome to February, where we’re eating a ton of new foods! This might be one of our favorite months EVER!
Not only are we getting to try all the Celebrate Soulfully snacks, but we’re also getting to try all the Valentine’s Day treats, and we are EXCITED! So join us over at Disney’s BoardWalk for what could be the best Valentine’s Day snack we’ve had so far!
Disney World has changed A LOT over the past three years.
Since Disney World’s reopening after its historic closure, we’ve seen limited capacity come and go, park pass reservations get introduced, entertainment slowly coming back, and other changes. In January 2023, Josh D’Amaro, the Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, outlined NEW changes coming to the parks. However, he also mentioned that these changes may not “address everyone’s feedback.”
