Black History Month has kicked off in Disneyland with Celebrate Soulfully!

Celebrate Soulfully brings new merchandise, new characters, new entertainment, AND new food (the most important thing, right?) to the resort. So we’re headed over to one of our FAVORITE spots to grab a new treat, and, y’all, it’s a Peach Cobbler…DONUT.

Beaches and Cream To-Go Window
There are TONS of new treats all around the parks that are being released for the upcoming holiday, and we’re on a mission to try a BUNCH. We headed over to Beaches and Cream Soda Shop to grab their newest milkshake for the season!

We’re getting ready to see a new ride open, we’re excited about a new restaurant coming soon, and we’re keeping an eye on the Disney Vacation Club Villas, as well as other construction, at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. So let’s see what things look like over there now.

If there’s something Disney loves to do, it’s celebrate. They celebrate just about anything and everything — holidays, months dedicated to certain events or groups (like Earth Month or Black History Month), character birthdays, movie anniversaries, and SO. There’s just SO much to do on a Disney Cruise. You can meet a ton of characters, eat some AMAZING food, explore themed settings, take fun excursions, eat MORE amazing food (yes, we’re all about the food), and more. Some special events also take place aboard ships, and two of these events will be returning for 2024 cruises!

Disney is such a magical place for so many reasons — the views, the nostalgia, and of course, the food! However, for many of us, the most exciting part of Disney — like any other theme park — are the rides and attractions!
