Over the past couple of days, Magic Kingdom honored Memorial Day, continued moving forward with construction, and welcomed in new items (and restocked some missing merchandise). So without further delay, let’s see what’s new in Magic Kingdom!
It’s been a BUSY week in EPCOT!
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Crowds arrived in mass over Memorial Day weekend, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind had a successful opening weekend as well. EPCOT is going through a massive transformation, and that means there’s always something new to see. So, let’s take another look at what’s new in EPCOT!

Mad Tea Party Ears
It’s hard to pick a favorite but we’ve seen some beauties this year, like the Mad Tea Party Ears, Pretzel Ears, Little Mermaid Ears, and LOTS more! Now two NEW ears have arrived online and these ears are totally ready for a good summer barbecue.
Oh, Disney Springs, you’re full of many things we love!
How about some cupcakes?
A variety of restaurants and food to try, merchandise that you sometimes can’t find in the parks, and awesome offerings, like the art walk that’s coming soon! So naturally, anytime we hear about something new coming to the area, we’ve gotta share, which is why we were immediately intrigued about Sprinkles’ new scone!
There’s nothing quite as magical as planning your Disney vacation and then eventually seeing it come to fruition!

But, paying for your Disney vacation can be a little less than magical considering that Disney trips don’t come cheap. Typically, when this happens, there’s a pretty valid reason. We often see outdoor attractions close in inclement weather, rides shut down for refurbishments, or even the occasional technical difficulties. But, there’s one Magic Kingdom ride that seems to be closed more often than many others!

After a series of Disney Store closures, a new type of interactive Disney store has made its way to Orlando. Boasting Disney merchandise, park tickets, and even interactive experiences, this Disney Store is unlike any other — so let’s check it out!

Okay, maybe that’s not your answer, but you can’t deny that the platform has been wildly successful since it launched in 2019! Disney+ has been releasing (and announcing) countless original series based on franchises like Marvel and Star Wars, which may be the reason why the platform’s subscriber count has increased by 33% within the past year. Loki, Moon Knight, The Mandalorian, WandaVision — the success of these shows is worth celebrating…which is exactly why we’re excited to see Disney+ Day return!
If you’ve been hoping to get a Magic Key pass (a.k.a. Annual Pass) for Disneyland, you may be out of luck at the moment.

Back in October of 2021, the Dream Key (Disneyland’s most expensive Magic Key) sold out. In November of 2021, the next most expensive pass (the Believe Key) sold out. Now, things with the Magic Key program have CHANGED again.
