A Luxury Resort Near Disney Just Sold For $121 Million

Disney World’s property spans 27,000 acres (20 square miles) making it the largest theme park in the world. And while it may seem that every hotel around the parks is either a Disney Hotel or a Good Neighbor hotel, there are nearby hotels that are not affiliated with Disney at all!

We don’t know about you, but when we think about how much one Disney hotel would cost to BUY as a whole, we get a little scared (especially looking at how much it costs to just rent a room for a few days — we’re looking at you Grand Floridian.)
