It’s the Easter Bunny!
Yes, yes, we’re making Easter Bunny references, maybe because we got really excited to see Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny at Disney World yesterday or maybe we’re just hyped up on a ton of sugary Easter treats. But we’re not done yet because there are more Easter snacks to try, so let’s head on over to Disney Springs for another one. This snack is actually really difficult to eat, but not for a reason that you’d expect!
Disney Springs is home to so many delicious spots to eat, and one more will be added to the list soon!
There is so much to see and do in Disney Springs!
Salt & Straw is a family-run ice cream business known for some super unique ice cream flavors, like Mushroom Ice Cream (yes!). While Disneyland already has a Salt & Straw location in Downtown Disney, it was previously announced that Disney World would also be getting a Salt & Straw location. Now we finally have an opening date!
After a 3-month-long refurbishment closure, Expedition Everest is FINALLY reopening in Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

We just learned that the popular roller coaster will officially be open for guests starting on April 16th. But we found out today that not everyone has to wait until this weekend to ride it again… .
If you ask us, spring is pretty much unofficial brunch season! And we’ve got some GREAT news for all the brunch lovers out there (it’s us — we’re the brunch lovers).

We love a good brunch, and while we don’t think you need a special occasion for it, we appreciate a celebratory meal as much as the next guy. Disney World is pulling out all of the stops for Easter this year, but we can’t forget that Mother’s Day is also right around the corner! If you’re looking to celebrate either of these holidays with some tasty brunch, then we have the Disney Springs spot for you!
Disney Springs has some AMAZING food options. From casual kiosks to quick service options to bars to fancier signature dining restaurants, it’s a great go-to place for when you’re hungry in Disney World. Plus, who can forget about those amazing Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies?

Now, we just got the news that a popular Disney Springs restaurant that had previously only been open in the evening is now serving lunch!
There are BIG things happening at Disneyland Paris! The park is currently celebrating its 30th Anniversary, we’ve gotten more details about a Frozen-themed land, and we know that Avengers Campus will be opening this summer.

Today, we got some more news and details about what we can expect from the new Avengers Campus coming to Disneyland Paris!
Believe it or not, there are still some Disney restaurants that haven’t reopened after the 2020 closures.
Caribbean Beach Resort
We’ve been waiting on spots like Victoria & Albert’s and the Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue to reopen for what feels like forever. While we still have to wait a bit longer on those, another Disney restaurant we’ve been eagerly anticipating has FINALLY reopened its doors today, and it’s got a fresh NEW menu to boot!

Between the heat, the crowds, the MILES of walking, and the departure from normal routines, a day at a Disney park can be challenging for everyone.
