Slowly but surely, more and more dining options are reopening their doors and welcoming Disney World guests once again!

We recently saw the reopening of Jiko over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, and the dinner buffet has returned to Cape May Cafe at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, too. We are so excited that more Disney World dining locations are opening back up, and Disney just announced the reopening date of ANOTHER Disney Resort hotel restaurant!
The first critical part of any Disney World trip is…getting to Disney World! You obviously need to get from your home to the Most Magical Place on Earth, so how do you choose to go? Train? Bus? Car? Flight?

One of the items in high demand is definitely Spirit Jerseys! We’ve seen a ton of them for the 50th anniversary, including one that looks like a map and another covered in balloons, and Disney also releases a bunch around the holidays. We expect to find new Spirit Jerseys in Disney World regularly, but we definitely didn’t expect to see one like THIS today!
There’s a new ice cream spot coming to Disney Springs this year and we are SO excited.
Salt and Straw in Downtown Disney
What makes it such an anticipated shop? It’s Salt & Straw! Salt & Straw is an ice cream shop that’s known for scooping up unique ice cream flavors made with local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. There’s already a location in Disneyland, and now we’re taking a look at some of the flavors we’re MOST looking forward to seeing in Disney World.
We’re getting closer and closer to seeing the huge EPCOT transformation come to life.
We’re so close to opening day!
EPCOT’s newest attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, will open on May 27th, and Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members will be getting a special opportunity to ride before opening day. Now another select group is getting an exclusive preview, and it includes SO MUCH MORE than just the ride!

In addition to the Disney+ series now streaming online, we’re starting to see some character appearances in Disney parks. Last week, we told you about Moon Knight’s appearance at Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure. Now, we’ve got ANOTHER mysterious superhero to watch out for!
Over the years, Disney World has added more and more plant-based and vegan dishes to its restaurant menus, and we are HERE for it!

We recently tried a plant-based meatball sub over at PizzeRizzo in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, we’ve had a vegan “lobster roll” at Rosie’s All-American Cafe, and even a jackfruit gyro at EPCOT!
