While we’re awaiting those MAJOR theme park announcements that are coming our way tonight, let’s go over everything else happening in the Disney sphere from Halloween parties, to price increases, and why they’re not expecting you to visit Disney World soon.
Hurricane season in Florida is no joke.
Magic Kingdom during Hurricane Debby
Rain is expected during a Disney World day almost all throughout the year because that’s just part of Florida’s climate! However, hurricane season brings something else entirely into the mix — tropical storms and hurricanes can seemingly come out of nowhere, and they can do so over and over again. We just got past Hurricane Debby, and now there’s another storm brewing in the sea that could bring another round to Floridians.
The sun is finally starting to come back out after Hurricane Debby, which means we are back to using one of our favorite Disney World essentials!

It is no secret that it can be hot and sunny at Disney World (and rainy, too). We are constantly reapplying sunscreen and staying hydrated throughout the day. Just like how a comfortable pair of shoes is essential to a successful trip to Disney World, this new park essential is the best!Â

We’re talking MOVIES! More specifically, we’re talking The Lion King. Disney just shared a new trailer for an epic backstory on Mufasa. We’ve got no time to lose, so come along and let’s check it out!
Who’s ready for a hauntingly great time?! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has arrived in Magic Kingdom and we’re here to check out everything from the costumes to the entertainment to the decor and of course, the FOOD!
Halloween in Disney World
These special event parties are offered on select nights from August 9th through October 31st, and with so much to see, eat, and experience while you’re there, we’re here to help! Ticket prices will run you anywhere from $119 to $199 per person and several of the parties have sold out already! When you’re attending you can meet with rare characters, see exclusive party entertainment you won’t see anywhere else in Disney World, ride around the park with shorter wait times, and purchase special treats and eats that are ONLY available during the event. That’s what we’re here to talk about now — come on, let’s review some new snacks!

This weekend, Disney hosted the massive D23 Ultimate Fan Event in Anaheim, California. This EPIC convention is breaking news from all things Disney, including film, television streaming, video games, and parks.
Slowly, we’ve been learning more about Disney’s upcoming live-action remake of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch movie. But now that we’re reporting LIVE from D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, we’ve got a BIG update on this film.
