We have Disney’s 50th Anniversary to thank for a LOT of new treats around Disney World. Some of them were super bizarre (seriously, who approved that octopus drink?!) and others were just plain adorable. Back in 2021, we tried a Royal 50th Churro that had a LOT of colorful toppings, but it was extremely sweet — maybe a little too sweet. Over in Disneyland, we’ve tried some amazing churros, but for some reason, Disney World just can’t quite match that success! Could Disney World’s latest attempt at a new specialty churro change this?
We could really go for a churro right about now!

Normally Magic Kingdom isn’t our favorite park for food. In fact, it’s close to the bottom of the list since the other theme parks have more unique and interesting options. There have been a LOT of changes made to how we see and interact with characters at Disney World over the past couple years, and the changes seem like they will be continuing.
For the first time in forever, they’re back inside!
Many meet and greets were put on pause for a while and they have only just returned over the past few months. More and more character dining has also been coming back slowly. However, you still cannot stand next to a character and take a picture with them or go up and hug them — things are remaining physically distant for now. One of the most popular character meals in Disney World is over at Cinderella’s Royal Table in Magic Kingdom, and there has been another change to how you meet the restaurant’s namesake princess!
