The characters at Disney World sure know how to make us smile.
Pooh brings us JOY
Sometimes they also make us cry (happy tears, of course), or they make us laugh, or they just make us go “AWWWW!” and fill us with utter joy. We recently had one of those days.
We’re always on the lookout for the newest Disney souvenir, whether it’s a spirit jersey, a bag, or a fun piece of apparel! But across all of the different pieces of merchandise, nothing gets us quite as excited as a new pair of Minnie Ears.

That’s why we were thrilled to hear that a new pair of ears would arrive just in time for Valentine’s Day! We’ve been keeping a close watch on the stores since Disney announced a very cryptic “coming soon” timeline with this pair, but we finally found them in Disney Springs today!
Loungefly is known for releasing exclusive and limited collections of bags, backpacks, purses, and wallets. Some releases feature princesses or classic characters. We have even seen Marvel villains get a whole collection!Â

Whether you’re meeting your favorite princess or maybe a rare character like Goofy’s son Max, there’s something special about saying hi to a familiar character’s face. And now, we can finally meet an iconic character again at Red Carpet Dreams in Disney’s Hollywood Studios — let’s see what it’s like!

But take it from us, Disney World hotels are a LOT of fun. Each hotel has its own theme, activities, and vibe. Each also has its own food and merchandise. That’s why we visit the hotels a lot — to see what kind of new things we can find. You know what that means — it’s time for a Disney Worlds hotels update!
Walt Disney was quoted as saying that he saw Disneyland as something that would never be complete — he imagined Disney Parks always changing and evolving with the times.

We’ve seen that at Disney World, especially most recently with the massive ongoing EPCOT transformation, but we also recently noticed a smaller change — certain characters at Disney World recently got a bit of a transformation of their own.
If anything is consistent at Disney World, it’s change.

That’s especially true these days with new attractions like TRON Lightcycle Run and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind on the way, a new restaurant in Toy Story Land AND at EPCOT, and price increases across the resort. Not only is the 50th Anniversary Celebration still going on with all its snacks, but we also have been nomming on some Valentine’s Day Treats, as well as the “Celebrate Soulfully” foods that have been released in honor of Black History Month. Let’s just say this has been a month of some GOOD eating. But we’re not done yet.
This week was…weird. Especially in Magic Kingdom.
