Disney kicked off 2022 by slowly revealing new 50th anniversary treats arriving at Disney World on January 10th.

Among a new selection of sweet and savory items like Croque Monsieur Flatbread, a Haunted Mansion Push Pop (no really), and even a new Dole Whip Float, is this odd-sounding sandwich that we had to try today, so come along with us as we check it out!
In case you hadn’t noticed, Disney World is still celebrating its big 50th anniversary. In fact, they’re JUST getting started!

And, although we love seeing new 50th anniversary merchandise pop up in the shops, y’all know that what we’re really excited about is the FOOD (even though SO MUCH of it is dyed blue). We’ve been eating all the 50th anniversary snacks, but recently, some foods have gone away and been replaced by new treats. And, we tried out one of those new snacks today in Magic Kingdom!

We can’t wait to try all the new Valentine’s treats in Disney World, but in the meantime we can already start Valentine’s Day shopping for new Mickey and Minnie plushes, Dooney & Bourke purses, and lots more. We’ve already shared how DOLE Whips, Mickey’s Premium Ice Cream Bars & sandwiches, and select popcorn buckets and refills have gotten more expensive in Disney World. Now we’re sharing a bigger overview of the HUNDREDS of Disney World items that have been impacted by the recent price increases.

Magic Kingdom draws in some huge crowds, and there are tons of options for satisfying their hunger. Casey’s Corner serves up classic theme park snacks like hot dogs and fries (not to mention our soulmate in food form, Corn Dog Nuggets,) and Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe serves up some Mexican inspired flavors, but there is one Magic Kingdom counter-service spot that has PRIME real estate, yet can still be forgettable.

With the 50th Anniversary of Disney World going on right now, there are a LOT of changes happening in the parks! New attractions like TRON: Lightcycle Run and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind are on the way, but there are also plenty of big refurbishments going on too.

We’ve seen a plethora of food price increases in Disney World today, with everything from Mickey Ice Cream Bars to Dole Whip!

We’re still getting updates from Disney World with online menus, so we’ll likely learn more information throughout the day, but we’re already seeing some of these changes in effect in the parks. And now, we can add popcorn buckets and refills to that list.Â

Several food items all across Disney World got bumped up in price, including the fan-favorite Dole Whip. And now, it looks like another famous snack is joining that list!
