The way you meet characters in Disney World has changed a LOT over the last two years!

When the parks first reopened, the only way to see characters was in a cavalcade or from a distance. While we were thankful to even meet characters, it’s not the same as those 1-on-1 interactions that guests are used to. Thankfully, a modified way to meet characters has arrived in the parks and guests can now have more personalized interactions with them! On top of that, we found a surprise princess today!Â

In the past year, though, construction has kicked into full gear — from the massive ongoing EPCOT overhaul to the TRON ride construction in Magic Kingdom to all the work being done at the Fantasmic! theater, we only expect to see even construction in the future. And now, a new permit suggests that a shop at Disney World might be getting an upgrade.
