New Year’s Eve is a VERY busy time at Disney World — who doesn’t want to ring in the New Year with Mickey Mouse and Friends? And who doesn’t want to indulge in some fun New Year’s snacks?

But now that we have park pass reservations, getting into the parks on New Year’s Eve can be tricky unless you planned way ahead — those park pass reservations can fill up FAST.

Late last month, Shanghai Disneyland temporarily re-closed in order to “cooperate with the pandemic investigation in other provinces and cities.” The closure wound up lasting through November 2nd, and the resort has since reopened.

Now, another international Disney park has temporarily re-close due to COVID-19.

This weekend is Destination D23 — an event put on by Disney’s Official Fan Club.

The Star Wars hotel is a new, 2-night immersive experience in Disney World coming in March 2022. We’ve learned just how big these rooms will be and debunked some of the myths, and now we have a sneak peek at some of the merchandise that will be available for guests staying at the Star Wars hotel!
It’s an exciting day for Star Wars fans. First, it’s Life Day — which is a Wookiee celebration honoring family, happiness, and harmony, as well as Wookiee culture. And you can celebrate from home with new merchandise Disney just released online.
