We Got to Meet a RARE Princess in Disney World Today!

Character meet and greets are back in Disney World, but they look a little different!

This is how you meet Mickey now!

You can now meet your favorite characters again, just in a modified way. The characters stay behind a rope so that you have to maintain distance — you still can’t hug them or get autographs. But, you do get to spend time talking with them and snap a few pics! We’ve seen Mickey, Pluto, several princesses, and more since the meet and greets have returned, and today, we got a big surprise when we were visiting Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom!

Disney World’s most iconic form of transportation is without a doubt the monorail!

It can be used to get to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and certain resorts. It’s a great way to get around, except for when the monorail inexplicably goes down from time to time. The monorails have gradually been getting updates over the past couple years, receiving new paint jobs and one even getting a special wrap for the 50th anniversary. How Will the New High-Speed Train Change Disney World?

A MAJOR change is coming to airport transportation in Florida! As you may have heard, Disney’s Magical Express service is ending in January 2022. But you won’t be stranded at the airport. There are still options to get you to your hotel, and one of them is a new high-speed train. The Brightline train will take guests from the Orlando International airport to a brand new Disney Springs train station.

The plan is still very much a work in progress and is now expected to open around 2026. While we wait for a progress update, we thought we should talk about how this new train will change Disney World! Will it make things easier? Harder? There’s a lot to consider, so let’s break it down!
