We’ve seen some HUGE celebrities visiting the parks recently, including Academy-award winning actress Charlize Theron, Harry Shum Jr. from Glee and Grey’s Anatomy, actor and former NFL player Terry Crews (who actually appears in a Disney World attraction!), and more. Well, another celebrity just visited Disney World, and he brought his family along.

Time to head back to ALDI.
In recent years, ALDI has become one of our FAVORITE places to pick up Disney items. You can find everything from Disney souvenirs and toys to theme park essential items at the quickly expanding German supermarket chain. We scour their newest listings each week, and they nearly never disappoint. Plus, since ALDI doesn’t offer online shopping, we’ve also tracked down some equivalent items on Amazon for those of you without a geographically convenient ALDI location.

Now, you can PRE-BOOK your Lightning Lanes! We’ve been testing all the ways this updated service can work for you, and we need to talk about one simple step that can make a BIG difference.

Genie+ has officially been renamed to Lightning Lane Multi Pass (and Individual Lightning Lanes are now Lightning Lane Single Pass)! We’ve been testing the new system out all day long and have learned a bit more about how it all works. But, we definitely weren’t expecting to see this message on our Disney World app today.
We love a good Happy Meal here at DFB! We may mostly love the Happy Meals for the toys, but hey, who can blame us?
McDonald’s
While we spend most of our time reviewing all the food and drink offerings at the Disney parks, we also save some time for a good ol’ McDonald’s Happy Meal.
After previously authorizing a strike due to unfair labor practices, four unions representing Cast Members have come to a tentative agreement with Disney.
Disneyland
Members voted to authorize the strike, with 99% approving the plan. But, it seems as though a strike may not happen after all, as Disney and the unions have reached a tentative agreement.
Another Disney Cruise Line ship is being built that will be the sister ship to the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure!

The Disney Destiny will be an all-new ship with an all-new theme — Heroes and Villains! The theme will draw “on the legacies of beloved Disney stories, characters, and theme park attractions.” And Disney has teased new information coming out about the Disney Destiny on July 30th. While we will have to wait a few more days for official word from Disney about the details of the new cruise ship, Disney sent us a PR package full of items with hidden meanings. So, we’re breaking down these clues to guess what might be coming during the news drop on July 30th!
