At this point, I’m sure you’ve heard all about the changes that Disney’s about to make to Hollywood Studios!
And of course, we’re talking about how the Muppets Courtyard (RIP) is going to be re-themed to an all-new Monsters, Inc. Land. Now, one of the things that didn’t hit us immediately when we heard the news, like the thought that we may never see Muppet*Vision 3D in the parks again, just came to mind. So let’s have a quick chat about how it’s time for us to say goodbye to one of our favorite bathrooms in all of Hollywood Studios!

Disney is always looking for ways to innovate and bring the latest technology to the parks and hotels, and now it looks like they’ve done just that. It’s about to be a whole lot easier to get your food at Disney World food courts. At least, we think it might be!
One of Disney World’s best holiday offerings is… free?
There are plenty of seasonal offerings at the Walt Disney World Resort. From specially ticketed after-hours events like Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights to celebrations like EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays that are included with theme park admission. But did you know that one of the best Disney World holiday shows features no admission cost at all?
Disney knows how to do merchandise, but the company really goes ALL out for the holiday season.
Now, we have so much festive gear to buy, including EPCOT Festival of the Holiday merchandise, as well as general Disney holiday merchandise. Give us everything Mickey Mouse in red and green, y’all! However, this is the time of year when Disney goes ALL out on popcorn buckets, too. Now, there’s been one popcorn bucket that’s only been available in Disneyland, but now, it’s available in Disney World, too — and you’re going to want it!

BIG changes are coming to the Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure in particular!
Over the summer, Disney held the D23 2024: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event where the company announced several expansions and changes coming to the Disney Parks and experiences. One major expansion announced was an Avatar-themed land coming to Disney California Adventure! While there’s still a ton we don’t know about regarding this new land, certain announcements and the concept art have given us some insight, especially about new attractions.
The Walt Disney Company has been going through quite a few changes lately, and it all started with the return of Bob Iger to his previous position of CEO.
Overall, the company’s financials have been trending upwards, with Disney finally issuing cash dividends to shareholders in late 2022 after years of being paused. We recently learned just how Disney was doing during the final earnings call of fiscal year 2024, and now, Disney has announced another cash dividend increase for shareholders.
