Disney Genie launched this week, along with Genie+ and Individual Attraction Selections (pay per ride) which have replaced the old FastPass+ system. So, did Genie+ help control crowds any better? Since Halloween is about a week away, we headed over there to check out the Halloween goodies this year. We had to grab the Candy Corn Cupcake, Vampire Mickey Brownie, and the Pumpkin Macaroon, but we also spotted a classic Disney World treat at BoardWalk Bakery!

Guests can buy Genie+ for $15 per ticket, per day to skip the line for most Disney World rides. But the two most popular rides in each park have a separate fee to skip the line. Spooky season has been happening in Disney World since early August, with Boo Bash After Hours events, a bunch of festive merchandise, and terrifyingly delicious treats. We’ve had more pumpkin than you can imagine, sweets inspired by classic horror monsters, drinks featuring all the fall flavors, and more. But, the fun isn’t over yet! There are some new food items that are just now being released for a limited time, including one over at Disney’s BoardWalk. Let’s see if it was worth the wait!
