Disney’s Magical Express service is being discontinued in 2022.

The shuttle currently provides free transportation for Disney resort guests between the Orlando International Airport and Disney property. We’ve taken a look at the best alternative options for you, and Mears released a statement indicating that they would continue to provide transportation services even after the Magical Express is gone. Now, we have a better idea of what that could look like.

There are a lot of ongoing projects in Disney World right now, but one that we’re incredibly excited about is the new fireworks show coming to EPCOT, Harmonious!

This new nighttime spectacular doesn’t yet have a premiere date, but we’ve been watching the construction progress carefully. All of the barges for the show are now out on World Showcase Lagoon and we’ve seen some of the show elements testing. Today, one of our readers caught a glimpse of even more pieces working!

Cruises leaving the U.S. are currently grounded — the Disney Cruise Line, for example, has canceled all departures through June. And while the CDC recently released another phase of its Framework for Conditional Sailing Order, which provides updated guidance for cruise ships’ return, the Florida governor has threatened to file a lawsuit against the public health agency. Now, that lawsuit has become a reality.
