Back in 2019, Disney announced the Disney Genie — this is a NEW digital feature that is set to help you plan the ideal Disney vacation!

Did you COMPLETELY forget about this new app? If you did, we kind-of can’t blame you. Since the original announcement, we’ve seen a preview of the app and taken a look at some patents that could potentially tell us what to expect. Other than that though, we really haven’t heard too much about this feature lately. But, today we FINALLY got to hear a bit more about the Disney Genie!!

We’ve watched ducks decide to have an impromptu date at the parks (and we even watched a duck take a nap). We’ve seen a male pheasant try to impress a female pheasant, and she just wasn’t having it. Bob Chapek had previously shared that Avengers Campus, a new land coming to Disney California Adventure, would be opening sometime “later this year.” But now, an official opening date for Avengers Campus has been announced!

During this busy Spring Break season in Walt Disney World, we’ve grown used to seeing the Resort’s four theme parks reach their full capacity for the day fairly often, as we keep track of things like the availability of required Disney Park Pass reservations for entry.

And since Disney World reopened, in fact, we’ve gotten really used to seeing Disney’s Hollywood Studios, in particular, reach capacity on a fairly regular basis, due to the immense popularity of the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction.
