Disney just announced (another) NEW way to skip the lines at its four Florida parks. Spoiler alert: this new service isn’t cheap: prices will range from $129 to $449 (per person, plus tax) at launch. But we’re getting ahead of ourselves. Let’s back up for a moment.

Disney just announced a new skip-the-line service called Lightning Lane Premier Pass. This new pass will allow you to use the express lane (officially known as the “Lightning Lane”) for a shorter wait at various attractions. There are a few key differences between the new Premier Pass and the existing Multi and Single Passes, along with a BIG new perk, so let’s break it down.

Disneyland Resort currently uses the Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass system like Disney World does, except it’s a bit different on the West Coast. In Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, you can only book your Lightning Lane Multi Pass options one at a time, just like how you did with the former Disney Genie+ system. But what if you’re fed up with all that refreshing, booking, and app-using? Well, they’re about to roll out a new offering.
The Disney Cruise Line fleet is expanding!

It was announced today that the Disney Adventure will take its maiden voyage out of Singapore on December 15th, 2025. If you want to experience all this new ship has to offer, the booking windows will soon open this December. Castaway Club Members will get first dibs at booking, starting with Pearl on December 4th, Platinum on December 5th, Gold on December 6th, and Silver on December 9th. The general public will be able to book starting December 10th. This new ship has so much to explore and will be very different from Disney’s current ships. There will be seven themed areas, and one of them happens to include three attractions at sea!

The new Premier Pass will allow guests to ride all available park attractions one time per day it’s purchased, including rides available with Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass. But the question is, how much will it cost for a huge perk such as this one at Disneyland?
Disney Cruise Line is thinking BIG. Really BIG. In fact, the seventh ship will soon join the Disney Cruise Line fleet, and this ship is the “biggest adventure yet.” The Disney Adventure is setting sail in 2025, and we have an opening date!

We’ve known about the Disney Adventure since 2022, but details on this mega-ship have been limited. We know that this will be the first Disney Cruise Line ship to sail from Singapore and throughout Southeast Asia, with a home port in Singapore. We also know that Disney Cruise Line will offer 3- and 4-night voyages on the new ship. But now we finally have an official opening date, and the Disney Adventure’s maiden voyage is coming SOON!
