The Marvel Cinematic Universe is expanding with new Avengers films, villains — you name it. It all came to a head this past weekend at San Diego Comic-Con, where Marvel execs and celebs joined together on stage to drop some seriously huge news, including just who will be playing the villain in the next installment of the franchise. Let’s get into it!

Two new restaurants are under construction at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. The Canada Pavilion currently has some construction happening in EPCOT. A huge Magic Kingdom expansion is on the way. At some point, DinoLand, U.S.A. in Disney’s Animal Kingdom is getting a re-theme. And that’s just the stuff Disney has announced so far! Of course, the Disney World website does its best to keep you updated, and right now, there are three warnings you might notice.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has been open in Disney World for a few weeks now, and while we’re still waiting for an opening date for Disneyland, we can say with full confidence that we’re fans of the ride.

If there’s one thing we just as much as the ride though, it’s the merchandise we’ve seen released in conjunction with the new ride — that collection had us pulling out of wallets every two seconds. If you haven’t been to the park in person to experience the ride or the new merchandise news, we have great news (for you, not your wallet) — the collection is now online!
Pretty sure y’all have been waiting for this one…because I definitely have!! You might discount Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but I am here to tell you that YOU SHOULD NOT. This park is magical, y’all, and I’m going to prove it to you today!

I’ve always known that Disney’s Animal Kingdom is amazing, stupendous, incredible, insert-other-great-adjectives here. But now, I wanna make sure YOU know it, too! While many folks tend to write this park off as a half-day-er (which can be understandable, since it has fewer attractions than its three older sibling parks), you can EASILY fill a full day here, just by tracking down the AWESOME things we’re gonna talk about today!

We’ve eaten classic treats like Dole Whip and Mickey Pretzels, but we’ve also tried our fair share of seasonal offerings during the holidays and other special times of year. Coming soon, Disney is celebrating World Princess Week August 25th-31st, which means there will be unique snacks at the parks throughout August. Let’s check out the full list of treats!

And that means we’ve seen and experienced a lot of things — the best snacks (and the worst), the best memorable moments, and the memorable moments that we WISH we could forget, the list goes on. We do all this to help you plan your best Disney parks vacation, and it’s a dream to do it. However, we have to be honest — we have some confessions to make.
Over 15 years of covering food in Disney World, we’ve eaten at every single restaurant, and while they all have their pros and cons, some definitely aren’t making our “must-do” lists anytime soon.

One of those such spots is Pizzafari in Animal Kingdom, which serves what we lovingly call “puffy pizza” and a few alternate entrees. We’ve definitely had some disappointing meals here in the past, but recently, we stopped by to try out one of their plant-based offerings.
