Downtown Disney in Anaheim recently added three new restaurants — but they’re still not stopping!
Din Tai Fung
A while back, we learned that the iconic Din Tai Fung restaurant — famous for its soup dumplings — would be opening in this shopping and dining district sometime this year, we just didn’t know when. Disney had shared an opening timeline, but now it’s official and we know when you’ll be able to try those delicious dumps!Â
It’s probably pretty obvious that with summer now in full swing, you’ll probably experience fluctuating wait times, heavier crowds, and even some weird weather patterns in Orlando.

But, did you know that holidays can affect travel patterns too? With major airlines and speed trains advertising fare specials around this time, you really could need to plan to pack extra patience and allow for an insurgence of travels. Universal just took Epic Universe to the DARK side.Â

Over the last several months, Universal has released details about each of the lands of the upcoming new theme park: Celestial Park, Super Nintendo World, and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk. Now, things are getting dark, as in Dark Universe.
We don’t like to root for Disney mishaps, but when they do happen, the results can be pretty entertaining.
CommuniCore Hall
Regardless of how you feel about the grand opening of CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza at EPCOT in Disney World, reactions around the internet have been less-than-stellar. It could be argued that Disney’s biggest mistake was opening a festival hub without an actual festival to celebrate. While we wait for the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival later this year, CommuniCore Hall is basically just an empty space with chairs, tables, and some banners — and the internet has been RUTHLESS!

Celebrity sightings at Walt Disney World are nothing new, as everyone from heads to state to famous athletes to the world’s biggest musical stars have been making pilgrimages to the company’s theme parks since Walt’s day. Recently one of the biggest rock stars in the world paid a visit to the “Most Magical Place on Earth.”
Okay, let’s face it — quick service options in Magic Kingdom, especially for lunch, are, well, pretty limited.

Of course, maybe you’ll get lucky and the Spring Roll Cart will be open. Or you can grab that Sweet and Spicy Chicken Waffle Sandwich at Sleepy Hollow. Sure, there are plenty of burger and fries options, too, but that’s just so PLAIN. However, one Magic Kingdom quick service spot just added a NEW lunch option to its menu AND a tasty sweet treat, and both are solid NEW options you might want to try soon.
Some things in life are certain, such as the inevitable change at Disney World. Blink, and the Disney Parks could look completely different.

Attractions close all the time for refurbishment in Disney World and it feels like we’re always looking ahead to the next big ride opening. In short, Disney World attractions consistently keep us on our toes thanks to their evolution. While we appreciate how Disney World manages to still pay homage to the past while implementing updates and changes, we can’t help but reflect upon and admire some truly outstanding ride transformations over the years.
The wilderness is meant to be explored — and by wilderness, we mean food at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. So when we heard that a popular restaurant in the park had made a change to their menu recently, we couldn’t help ourselves!

We popped by Tiffins Restaurant for a full meal of interesting eats at a signature dining price and we have to admit that the sticker shock of those fine dining prices did make us a tad nervous before tasting the food. EPCOT has seen TONS of changes lately with the opening of the CommuniCore Hall and Plaza, new live entertainment, and a popular ride closing for an extended refurbishment, but it seems that the changes still keep coming.
