During Disney’s most recent Investor Day conference, we got to hear about TONS of new shows and movies coming to Disney+ or theaters in the next few years.

And while Disneyland and some of Disney’s other theme parks around the world are currently closed, Disney World and other Disney theme parks are currently open. Taking all of this into account and with news of vaccines already starting to be distributed in the United States, one analyst has upgraded his rating of Disney’s stock.

Now that we’ve put the holidays behind us, we’re getting ready for the most romantic day of the year: Valentine’s Day!

And we’re already seeing some Valentine’s Day things popping up in the parks and online, including Minnie ears, A Valentine’s Day Mickey and Minnie Doll Set, and even a Valentine’s Day Disney Dooney & Bourke collection!
We’re still awaiting the day when we can sail aboard the Disney Cruise Line again. Disney has noted that the cruise line would be the last of its businesses to resume, and that its return to cruising would be delayed by the CDC’s new requirements.

At the moment, Disney Cruise Line has canceled sailings through March of 2021 and select sailings longer than 7 nights as well. To give some flexibility to those with cruises planned for this year, Disney has also adopted some temporarily final payment extensions and has gradually been extending its cruise date flexibility option. And now both of those have been extended once again.

The 2021 Taste of EPCOT Festival of the Arts is still going strong, with today marking two weeks of Festival fun (with MUCH more to come through February 22nd)!

Of course, one of our favorite aspects of this celebration of the culinary, visual, and performing arts is the Festival’s Food Studios (aka Food Booths), serving up dishes with artistic flair and lots of flavor. The newest Food Studio to join the ranks this year is Vibrante & VÃvido, and today we’re sharing the recipe for one of the booth’s brand new dishes. And guess what?
