We love docking on the planet and spending the day on missions for the rebel forces and can’t wait for the new Star Wars-themed hotel to open. But, for those looking to travel through even more galaxies from the hit films, there’s a new Star Wars edition of a classic game.

And we’ve seen a lot of merch that also rocks Minnie’s famous dots style, including Kate Spade bags, a nuiMO Minnie plush, and dresses! And now there’s a brand new collection being released TODAY in honor of National Polka Dot Day!
The 2021 Taste of EPCOT Festival of the Arts is still going strong, with today marking two weeks of Festival fun (with MUCH more to come through February 22nd)!

Of course, one of our favorite aspects of this celebration of the culinary, visual, and performing arts is the Festival’s Food Studios (aka Food Booths), serving up dishes with artistic flair and lots of flavor. The newest Food Studio to join the ranks this year is Vibrante & Vívido, and today we’re sharing the recipe for one of the booth’s brand new dishes. And guess what? As you can imagine, we have a bit of a tendency to be Dole Whip fanatics.

Can you blame us? This delicious, fruity, dairy-free treat is a Disney staple and we love seeing all the new ways it is presented in the parks. Well, we were certainly a little miffed when we found out there was WATERMELON DOLE WHIP that Disney had never shown us — until today that is when we FINALLY got to try it!
Last year, the pandemic caused the closure of every Disney park in the world. And some parks are still closed.

Although Disney World reopened last summer, the park is currently operating at limited capacity (which was recently raised from 25 to 35 percent), with new health and safety guidelines that include temperature checks upon entry into the park and a mask requirement for all guests over the age of two.

We’ve seen a LOT of Valentine’s Day merchandise get dropped a month ahead of the holiday, several runDisney items in the parks, and even MORE Disney Dog and Disney Cat clothing! Getting a reservation to eat at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom can sometimes feel a bit like getting a boarding group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. It requires planning, some key alarms, and a whole lot of luck!
