Review: We Had the Saddest Burger at Disneyland’s Buena Vista Street…and We Kind of Loved It.

For the first time since March, guests are once again able to explore Disney California Adventure! Well…kind of. If you ask Disney, Buena Vista Street (and its immediate surrounding area) has reopened as an extension of Downtown Disney. California Adventure as a theme park remains “closed” at this time.

However, you can’t deny that getting to eat an Original Corndog, as well as dining at Carthay Circle Lounge, doesn’t remind you of what it’s like to eat at a Disneyland park! There’s another dining option available to guests we haven’t shown you yet — Smokejumpers Grill!

The Brown Derby is a swanky signature restaurant inspired by the real Brown Derby restaurant(s) in California (more on that in a bit!). The cozy lounge-feel of the restaurant is the perfect setting for a romantic night-out or when your travel group is feeling fancy! We recently headed back to the Brown Derby to see how the restaurant has adapted since the theme parks reopened. Do they still toss the Cobb Salad at your table? Food News! Here’s the NEW Family-Style Menu for The Crystal Palace in Disney World!

Earlier today, Disney announced that 3 restaurants will soon be reopening in Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

One of the spots that will be welcoming guests again soon is The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom. Although the characters will be “taking a break” from greeting guests at this restaurant, it will still be open soon for guests to enjoy and will be serving meals family-style, a change from its previous buffet-style meal. Two new Legacy Lightsabers arrived in Galaxy’s Edge not too long ago (Count Dooku and Ahsoka Tano), then we spotted a sale on lightsaber blades at Dok Ondar’s, and just yesterday, the voice of Ahsoka Tano, Ashley Eckstein, stopped by Disney Springs to autograph several lightsabers that sold out incredibly quickly! Disney’s been releasing new lightsaber designs left and right, and now we have THREE more lightsaber hilts that just dropped online!
