Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has kicked off the holiday season in Disney World, NEW shows are coming to the parks that star our favorite Pixar characters, resort gingerbread displays are complete, and so many new holiday treats.
It takes a lot of work to keep a theme park running in tip-top shape — and a lot of employees to do it.

Orlando is home to several theme parks and not all of them are quite as large as Disney World or Universal. Some may not be filled with roller coasters and rides, but that doesn’t mean they’re not worth checking out! You might not want to apply for a job at one in particular, though, and you’ll soon find out why.
It’s the mooost wonderful time of the yyeeaarr! Tonight is the opening night of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom, and we are here bringing you full coverage of all the festivities.

There is so much to experience at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and the exclusive character meet and greets are one of the things that makes the party special. We are taking you along with us to see all the special characters you can meet during the event!
The Christmas season is upon us at Disney World!

Which means that it is time for the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party of the season! This year, the party runs on select nights in Magic Kingdom from now until December 20th. This is a specialty ticketed event, which means attendance is limited. Not only is there specialty entertainment like Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade and Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, but there is also exclusive merchandise and holiday eats! While you may get to trick-or-treat at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you can stop by select locations for free holiday drinks and cookies!

This specially ticketed event happens on select nights from today, November 8th through December 20th at Magic Kingdom. From 7PM to midnight, Magic Kingdom is turned into a holiday wonderland! We love all the exclusive snacks, entertainment, characters, and complimentary treats of cookies and hot cocoa. But what’s really great about these exclusive events are all the short lines for the rides!

Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime parade
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has officially begun, marking the unofficial start of the Holiday season at the resort. The main draws of the party are the exclusive Holiday experiences, including Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show, treats, and character meet & greets in their Holiday best, and access to many of the Magic Kingdom’s attractions including holiday overlays of Space Mountain, and the Jingle Cruise.
