In essence, Disney Springs is a theme park where the attractions are delicious food and awesome merchandise. All wallets should beware of the magical and dangerous effects of stepping into Disney Springs.
If you’re looking for unique eats and drinks, Disney Springs has got a TON of options for you. Now, one spot in particular is offering a NEW experience that tea drinkers won’t want to miss out on!
Today, the state of California announced its reopening guidelines for theme parks, which, of course, includes Disneyland.
Under the new guidelines, Disneyland will only be able to reopen once Orange County, California — the county in which they are located — reaches the Yellow or Minimal tier, or less than 1 daily new case of COVID-19 per 100,000 people. And once the county reaches that tier, they can only be open to 25% total capacity, indoor dining and drinking establishments within the park can only be operating at 25% and there must be a reservation system.
No, Casey’s Corner isn’t open yet. We’d seen some changes made recently pointing to a future reopening, but sadly our corn dog news has gone cold on that front.
We did, however, enjoy some corn dog nuggets from Westward Ho in Magic Kingdom recently, but today we found something EVEN BETTER.
The Germany Pavilion in EPCOT is an unlikely place for a very exciting shopping spot — for Annual Passholders at least. That is until recently… .
Last week, the Disney World Annual Passholder Pop-up Shop opened in EPCOT and it’s got LOTS of exciting exclusive merchandise and deals for Passholders. We stopped in recently to see if there was anything new from the last time we visited and we hit the MAGNET JACKPOT.
Name a more iconic Disney resort hotel water slide than the Keister Coaster at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas. We’ll wait.
Well, something is going on with our clown-faced friend, and we’re not sure how we feel about it. Luna Park Pool went under construction a few weeks ago, covering up the Keister Coaster’s visage in the process. Now some surprising details are emerging… Could it be (GASP!) CURTAINS for the CLOWN!?
The State of California has issued its theme park reopening guidelines, pushing a potential reopening for Disneyland into the fourth tier of reopening. Orange County currently remains in the second tier.
With the release of the new guidelines, an outpouring of response has come from the community in and around Anaheim. The Anaheim Mayor took to Twitter immediately after the announcement to issue a statement, and now Disneyland’s President has done the same.
Disneyland has remained closed since March and after significant back and forth between Disney, other local theme parks, and the California Government, California Governor Newsom’s office has released theme park reopening guidelines.
Most notably, the guidelines restrict large theme parks like Disneyland from reopening until Orange County reaches Tier 4, which could take months. Now, the Anaheim Mayor (who has spoken out before) has responded to the guidelines.
Halloween may not even be here yet, but the Christmas countdown has begun!
We’ve already spotted some Christmas ornaments and fun holiday merchandise, but today we spotted even MORE holiday items in Disney World!
The Disneyland Resort theme parks remain the only Disney parks internationally that have not announced a reopening due to government restrictions.
California’s Governor Newsom said discussions regarding theme park reopening guidelines were “forthcoming” some time ago. Disneyland and other California theme parks requested, however, that the state not finalize the guidelines without their input. Early details about the guidelines were revealed a few weeks ago, but their official release was delayed following pushback. Today, the official theme park reopening guidelines were finally released.
