food IS a theme park
We’re at the start of a brand new week, and we think that’s a great reason to treat yourself!
Everything POP is also bringing back two menu items that are worth the carb overload.
The House of Good Fortune in EPCOT is known for its unique snack collection.
We’ve recently seen a bunch of super awesome new-to-us Lay’s Potato Chip flavors in the China Pavilion, like fried crab and chicken tomato. We’ve even tried CANDY potato chips! But now, we’ve found ANOTHER unique flavor…Salted Yolk Rice Dumplings! (And wait ’til you see the bag!)
When you’re packing your day bag, the new normal is to make sure you’ve got an extra face mask with you on top of your sunscreen and sunglasses before hitting the parks.
Although the switch to new health and safety measures might still feel unfamiliar to anything we’ve experienced in the past, Disney World has placed an importance on the well-being of guests and Cast Members returning to the parks.
Disney has been giving its mobile offerings on the My Disney Experience app some serious expansion in the reopened theme parks — especially when it comes to dining. More spots have been added to Mobile Order, you can now order some table service fare to go, AND there’s the new Mobile Dine Walk-up Waitlist.
With all of these added mobile options, we’ve gotten questions wondering if they are mandatory to use when you head into the park. Mobile Order is strictly encouraged but what about the Walk-up Waitlist? Do you HAVE to use the virtual waitlist to get a table when you don’t have a reservation? Here’s what we’ve experienced!
As we start putting on our best witch hats à la the Sanderson Sisters, Halloween isn’t complete without a trip to the Haunted Mansion in Disney World.
Even though you want to make sure those Hitchhiking Ghosts don’t follow you home, you’re going to want to take these ornaments with you instead!
Since Labor Day weekend, we’ve slowly started to see the parks become more crowded than they were right after Disney World reopened this summer.
According to Walt Disney Company CEO Bob Chapek, the parks are still operating at a 25% capacity with guests. However, we have definitely noticed that weekends are noticeably some of the more crowded days at Disney World right now.
We’ve got our School Bread in one hand and our Macaron Minnie Ears in the other because we’re heading to the France Pavilion today!
Although we’ve already been strolling through the pavilion to check out the Food and Wine eats and sips, France is also home to the upcoming Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction and La Crêperie de Paris restaurant. As a part of the giant EPCOT Transformation overhaul, the new features in the pavilion are meant to add some newness to World Showcase.
We are so excited about finally getting to see Pixar’s Soul later this December on Disney+!
We thought the most recent trailer looked fantastic, and we’re pretty stoked to see more Soul merchandise making its way to Disney World and online!
Disney knows, we cannot get enough of Baby Yoda.
In honor of the new season of The Mandalorian being announced, Disney has released new Mando merch all over! However, on Monday night, Disney is giving Baby Yoda fans an exclusive sneak peek at the season!
Earlier this week we posted about our Disney Food Blog Face Mask Design Contest, asking our readers to submit their best designs.
And, WOW! We were seriously blown away by the designs y’all submitted! So thank you to everyone who submitted a design — our readers ROCK! And now we would like to show off just a small sampling of the ideas you sent us!
