We’ve discovered a new way to get a “free” gift card at Universal.
On a recent trip to Universal Orlando, we found something pretty rare: a way to get FREE MONEY from a theme park. As you would expect, however, there is a catch.

Your trip to Disney World is coming up and we’ve got to talk!
We know you’re getting ready and finalizing those last-minute reservations, but we wanted to talk about what you’re packing in your suitcase for the trip. Specifically, we’ve got a list of must-haves (basically essentials at this point) that we think are going to be perfect for your trip to Disney World. Let’s go!
If you’re hoping to explore the bayou with Tiana and her friends in Magic Kingdom this summer, you’ll want to keep on reading!
We’ve waited for what seems like FOREVER for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure to open at Disney World, and now, we’re ALMOST THERE. In June 2020, Disney announced that the water-based ride Splash Mountain would close to be rethemed into an attraction inspired by the Disney animated film, The Princess and the Frog. Disney has shared that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will pick up the story of The Princess and the Frog “after the final kiss, and join Princess Tiana and Louis on a musical adventure – featuring some of the powerful music from the film – as they prepare for their first-ever Mardi Gras performance.”
Ok, we’ve been mildly freaking out over the upcoming Inside Out 2 movie ever since the trailer dropped, but now we’ve got NEW merchandise to go along with our theater experience!
Sure, you can go to just about any theater to see Inside Out 2 when it FINALLY debuts this June, but this movie is breaking records already, and we don’t see the momentum for it slowing down anytime soon. In fact, one popular movie theater is offering some exclusive NEW souvenirs for the movie! [Read more…]
Are you stoked about your next trip to Disney World?
We don’t blame you (we’re excited for you!). There are just so many reasons to be hyped up for a trip to Disney World…but, if you could hold on for just a moment, we’ve got an idea we wanted to float by you — How about postponing your trip until 2025? There’s a big reason that could totally change your Disney World trip, so let’s talk about why hitting pause might just be the best move you’ll make!
Things are always changing at Disney World, and today, we have news about an important character meet and greet update in Magic Kingdom.
And don’t worry, this character meet and greet isn’t gone, but the location has changed! Chip and Dale have been meeting in Tomorrowland recently, but if you are headed to Magic Kingdom, be prepared to find them in a new spot.
Okay, let’s face it, we don’t normally make a special trip to Disney’s All-Star Resorts when we want food. The food courts are pretty basic, although every once in awhile, we get something new and exciting (like those Breakfast Totchos we LOVED).
However, sometimes surprising snacks turn up that actually warrant a trip — or even a stay — at one of these hotels. If you happen to be staying at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort anytime soon, we’ve got a new treat to tell you about (and, hey, if you love cookie dough, you might want to travel to All-Star Music to grab it).
Flying can be a bit stressful, but once you’re on the plane, the only thing you have to do is sit back and wait to get to your destination.
You may choose to pass the time by doing some work, listening to music on your phone, or maybe you love to catch up on a movie or two you missed when it came out! If you’re flying Southwest this month, here are the new additions you can check out while airborne.
This summer is going to be BIG in Disney World; so many amazing things are set to happen.
We’ll finally see the massive EPCOT transformation come to an end with the opening of CommuniCore Hall and Plaza. Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is opening in Magic Kingdom. The Country Bears will reopen with a brand new show. Plus a new drone show is coming to Disney Springs — and we now have a first look at this show. We’ll warn you now: you’re going to be AMAZED.

HI! I’m AJ! I created Disney Food Blog 15 years ago, and my team thought somebody out there might be interested in what I like to eat in Disney World when nobody’s looking.
(Wait. That sounds weird.)
More specifically, this is what I eat when I’m not working. Or what I eat when I don’t have to eat something else for work. Whatever, you understand, right? Basically — here’s what I eat when I go to Disney World completely for fun and get to eat whatever I want!
Here at DFB, we cover EVERYTHING. We eat everything in Disney World — usually multiple times, since you can have varied experiences depending on when you go to certain restaurants and kiosks. And we make sure to give you an unbiased review of all of it.
But what about when we’re just in Disney World for fun — not for work? If we aren’t reviewing something for YOU, what do we choose to eat? That might be the best indicator of all as to what’s worth getting in the parks, right?
