The time is NOW to book your early 2025 travel. Why, you ask? Because there’s a SALE!
Yes, we said the magic word. Southwest Airlines has a sale going on right now that won’t last for long and could save you TONS on your upcoming trips. There are a few caveats (when are there not?), and we’ll get into those in just a second, but the bottom line is that some flights are available for as low as $49!
Disney Springs is often the place we recommend for shopping or dining around Disney World because while the parks and hotels have great restaurants and Disney-themed stores, Disney Springs is on another level.
For the month of January, Disney Springs has a special event going on that those focused on wellness and starting their year off on the right foot won’t want to miss. This month, there are multiple FREE offerings for Disney Springs’ Wellness Month event, and one of them is a free fitness class taught by none other than the Cirque Du Soleil performers who showcase their skills in Drawn to Life each evening!
The Universal Orlando Resort has confirmed the lineup for their 2025 Mardi Gras celebration, featuring acts from across the spectrum of popular music, including Joe Jonas, T-Pain, Foster the People, Kool & The Gang, Foster the People, All Time Low, TLC, and DJ Pauly D.
The concerts, which are part of the resort’s 30th Mardi Gras celebration — which is included with park admission — will take place “on select nights at the Music Plaza Stage inside Universal Studios Florida, following the Mardi Gras parade.”
Disney has officially filed permits to demolish TriceraTop Spin and Fossil Fun Games.
DinoLand U.S.A. is set for extinction soon and the first steps are underway with the first closures beginning on January 12th, 2025. Now we have confirmation that the attractions will be demolished thanks to the official Notice of Commencement filed by Walt Disney Imagineering on January 7th, 2025.
The Disney Dining Plan is a fantastic resource for many families and Disney World visitors who have done the math and know that they’ll get tons of use out of pre-paying for your food ahead of time.
The largest amount of credits you get to use are snack credits, which can be used at a majority of snack carts and restaurants around the parks. In fact, the VAST majority of Disney World restaurants and carts have eligible snacks, but not EVERY snack on the menu will be eligible, if that makes sense. When you arrive you will be able to see what is eligible based on the DDP icon on the menu next to the item you’re looking at. You want to make sure you’re making the MOST of your snack credits, so here are the ones we recommend — not only are they delicious, but they cost more than the average snack, but they’re all equal under the DDP, so it’s a steal!
Consumers are about to have even more options when traveling to Orlando International Airport (MCO)!
We’re constantly looking for the latest news from airlines and airports to help you stay informed about potential delays and alternatives to your typical travels. According to the latest report from the Orlando Business Journal, multiple airlines are adding more travel routes in an effort to make getting to MCO more accessible than ever before.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is about to be the home of many construction walls for the next few years.
The same can be said for almost all of Disney World’s parks thanks to all new additions and changes taking place. We’re looking forward to their outcome, don’t get us wrong, but in the meantime, these walls are going to be a LOT to deal with. In the case of Hollywood Studios, we don’t exactly know when these changes are coming just yet, but the announcement could come any day now, so in preparation, this is what the park will look like when those walls go up.
