We’re dreading the end of Epcot Food and Wine Festival on November 23, but we are anxiously awaiting the beginning of the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays on November 29. We’ve had so much fun spotting all of the different gingerbread displays tucked around Disney World. What’ve we found so far? A whole gingerbread lineup including supersized displays like the Grand Floridian Gingerbread House, the Beach Club Gingerbread Carousel, the Contemporary Gingerbread Castle, and the new Wilderness Lodge Gingerbread Cabin. Well today, we spotted a smaller display at Saratoga Springs that is still super impressive!

Listen, we all know it, but waffles are a HOT commodity in Disney World. From the cult-favorite bubble waffles in Disney Springs to the absolutely beloved Mickey waffles found all over the parks and resorts, Disney guests are certainly not ones to pass up on a waffle treat. Can you blame us? Waffles are pretty darn good. Well, we caught wind of a new Holiday Ice Cream Taco at Ample Hills Creamery and we were on it like syrup on breakfast!
