We always say this, but it’s true. When we can’t go to Disney World for fun, we usually end up going to Target.

There are just so many candles, comfy clothes, snacks, mugs, and even whole DISNEY SECTIONS inside. We recently got the news that Target would soon launch a new membership program — Target Circle 360. The service is comparable to Amazon Prime, where members can pay for unlimited same-day delivery. We have an update and a reminder on Circle 360!

A popular Disney World restaurant that has been closed since 2020 is finally reopening this week! We can’t wait to dive into the new offerings that will be served at this adorable and delicious dining location. You’ll get to dine with characters and even try a beloved soup (yep, a soup!). Even though this restaurant is opening once again, there are still lots of attractions closed in Disney World. Let’s take a look at everything closed for refurbishment this coming week.
It’s hard to keep up with Disney World food because new food seems to arrive in restaurants every day.

However, we try to keep on top of ALL the new meals and snacks, so we can keep you updated on what you should eat when you’re visiting Disney World. We just finished a round of seasonal spring treats, but we recently spotted a new appetizer we needed to try at a Disney World hotel.
We love Disney’s Animal Kingdom because it’s not like any other theme park we’ve ever been to.
Kilimanjaro Safaris
You’ve got immersive lands like Pandora from the Avatar movies, a ride up to visit a Yeti on Mount Everest, and a whole land dedicated to dinosaurs (although that’s going to change soon). However, we think Kilimanjaro Safaris is one of our favorite rides in Animal Kingdom because it’s about as close to going on a REAL African safari as you can get. However, there are some rules you need to follow when you ride it including one VERY important rule.
We’re feeling slightly overwhelmed. But a really GOOD kind of overwhelmed. We’re EXCITED because Disney gave us SO MUCH NEWS this week.

April 3rd marked Disney’s annual shareholder meeting, where we got lots of important updates, and then we continued getting even MORE news throughout the rest of the week. I’ve carried snacks halfway across the park to get pictures in front of Cinderella Castle, I’ve ridden the same ride four times in a row to get footage, and I’ve stayed in the parks well past midnight on more than one occasion — it’s all part of the job. But recently, I took a visit to Disney World where my editor made me do something pretty ridiculous!

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland
We’re in Disneyland celebrating the Season of the Force, which is a huge Star Wars celebration happening from now through June 2nd. This celebration brings a fun Star Wars overlay to Space Mountain called Hyperspace Mountain, as well as new merchandise, PhotoPass Magic Shots, a Jabba the Hutt popcorn bucket, and more! Of course, we’re most excited about the new Star Wars snacks, and we’ve been running all over Disneyland to try them out.

Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland
Three words: After Hours events! Disneyland announced an entire lineup of Disneyland After Dark events for 2024, and we’ve already seen a few come and go like the brand new Disney Channel Nite! (It was epic, but that’s another story). Now, we have more details on a returning event from last year — Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite!
Summer is fast approaching, and that means hot weather, yes, but it also means some popular Magic Kingdom rides are coming back!
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom — April 2024
Both the reimagined Country Bear Jamboree and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure (formerly Splash Mountain; same ride system, different themes) are expected to open in Summer 2024, right around when Test Track will be closing for its reimagining. We’ve been watching Tiana’s Bayou Adventure closely, checking out all the details that are developing, and we just noticed a big one pop up!
