Food Booth MENUS and PRICES Arrive Ahead of 2024 EPCOT Festival of the Arts

We’re in the dead of winter. The sun sets early. It’s cold outside (in some parts of the U.S., anyway). January isn’t really a stellar month in terms of joy and festivities. Luckily, EPCOT is here to bring a little bright spot to this long, dark winter! The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is starting SOON (like, VERY soon), and we can’t WAIT to show off our artistic side.

Happy Festival of the Arts season!

This year, the Festival runs from January 12th – February 19th, 2024. If you’re interested in snacking around the world — and maybe even participating in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine — you might want to listen up. Disney’s Lunar New Year Festival is starting SOON in Disney California Adventure at Disneyland Resort!

2024 is the Year of the Dragon, the park will mark its arrival with the annual Lunar New Year celebration, which takes place from January 23rd through February 18th this year. NEWS: Alaska Airlines Cancels ALL Flights on Boeing 737 Max 9 Planes Through Saturday

Recently, an Alaskan Airlines flight was forced to make an emergency landing after a midair flight incident.

Flights are being canceled

The incident took place on January 5th, 2024, and since then, Alaska Airlines has grounded all flights on its Boeing 737 Max 9 airplanes, which was the type of airplane involved in the incident. Now, additional flights have been canceled through at least Saturday, January 13th.

Here’s What It’s Really Like To Stay At A Disney Hotel That’s Under Construction. (Spoiler: It Was Awful)

I did it. I stayed at a Disney hotel while it was under construction. We know, we know — we tell you to avoid this all the time but I just couldn’t help myself.

I booked Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel ages ago when the renovation was announced secretly hoping that everything would be done by the time I arrived. I thought to myself “OOO, maybe if I book this now, I will get a good deal and end up in one of the new rooms. Either way, I’m staying on property so it will be fine.” Well, I was wrong. I did not get a new room and I learned what it’s like to stay at a Disney Hotel during a hefty renovation. I’m here to tell ya the good, the bad, and the annoying of the situation!

Isn’t it nice to hear the phrase, “You’re good to go!“? Know what that means? It means you don’t have to think, plan, or STRESS. That’s music to our ears — especially when we’re talking about planning a trip to Disney World.

Speaking of Disney trip planning, we have a LOT of big changes to discuss. Disney just REMOVED the Park Pass Reservation requirements for most visitors. That means most guests don’t need to plan ahead and reserve a theme park before their trip! But remember how we said “most”? Well, Annual Passholders will still need park reservations if they want to visit a park before 2PM (and all day long on Saturdays and Sundays for Magic Kingdom). Disney is also introducing a new system called good-to-go days, which appear on your calendar in the Disney World app. Now we have an important update on the new system — let’s talk about it!

Anyway — there isn’t much you can do about the crowds in Disney World except cope or plan to visit during the least busy times of the year. There is another way, although it does cost some money, but it is one of the only times you’ll see a near-empty park. We’re talking about After Hours events which have just returned to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
