Disney World is going to BANISH you from the parks if you do ANY of these super surprising things!
Disney’s new park pass reservation rules have officially gone into effect, and with that has come a slight change to virtual queues.
Now that people with date-based tickets do NOT need to make a park reservation, they are able to book a virtual queue for any ride with one in either park (Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, currently) at the 7AM drop. Currently, TRON Lightcycle / Run in Magic Kingdom and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT are the only two rides with virtual queues. But will they be sticking around and could we see others join the lineup? Here are our thoughts.
Traveling can be stressful for everyone.
However, it can be especially stressful for those traveling with young kids or large families. While they do often get extra time to board, the actual plane ride itself can be very difficult for younger kids. It can also be difficult for YOU if you’re seated around young children. And one of the most frustrating things that can happen is when a child is contiually kicking the back of your seat. Yeah, we’ve been there, too.
Traveling can be stressful. It’s easy to get caught up in flight changes and cancelations, especially when the weather is looking iffy. Plus, we know how hard it is to round up everyone and everything traveling with you, all while trying to make sure you’re as prepared as possible. While we’re still waiting on those proposed developments that would help make security screening easier (and potentially faster), accidents still can happen.
If you’ve ever gotten on an airplane only to get to your seat and realize that you’re missing something, you may have thought, “Well, that’s it; I’ll never find it now.” However, we’re here to show you the BEST source to reach out to when these things happen and how to reclaim your lost items. We’ve seen lots of new titles come to Disney+ recently, and we’re expecting some new Bluey episodes to debut soon, too.
We saw a LOT of new releases in 2023, but Disney+ doesn’t plan to slow down. Their January 2024 lineup is full of new and returning titles that will keep you glued to your couch. [Read more…]
What do the Eiffel Tower, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Spaceship Earth have in common? More than you might think! If you’ve visited any of these famous locations, you probably have at least a dozen photos of those architectural icons in your camera roll. Although they look nothing alike, these three icons are all SUPER popular. In fact, we’d argue that they’re some of the most photographed landmarks out there.
Here at Disney Food Blog, we’re partial to the good old EPCOT ball, A.K.A. Spaceship Earth. Wanna prove you’re a true Spaceship Earth fan? Boy oh boy do we have the shoes for you.
Can you believe it?
We’re only a few short days away from the last day of 2023 — New Year’s Eve. If you were hoping to celebrate at Disney World and didn’t grab a park reservation before they sold out, you’re not alone. The good news is that there are plenty of other ways to celebrate in the Orlando area. So, don’t you fret, Boba Fett (Ted Lasso reference, anyone?). Put on your glitter and dancing shoes and let’s get to planning New Year’s Eve in Orlando!
Okay, so maybe we’re a little sad that Christmas is over, but you know what makes up for that?
All the after-Christmas sales! NOW is the time to stock up on Disney souvenirs because so much is on sale, too! Even at Hot Topic, we’ve found a ton of Disney sales you won’t want to miss out on. Might as well get a jump on that 2024 shopping, right?
Disney World is our happy place.
It’s fun, magical, and all things good — in most cases. However, making sure that things stay fun, magical, and good requires a bit of WORK. Yes, that means that sometimes, we have to do some no-fun things for the greater good. Sigh. It’s hard being a Disney adult. There are a few terrible, horrible things that we totally recommend in Disney World in 2024 to ensure that you have the BEST time possible.
It’s hard to believe, but the holiday season at Disney World will soon be over, and we’ll be ringing in 2024.
Now, we already know that a LOT of changes will be happening in Disney World in 2024: Park Pass reservations are going away for most visitors, park hopping is returning to normal, and the Disney Dining Plan will be back. However, do you know about two new laws that will be going into effect in Florida in 2024, too?
