Sure, sometimes rides surprise us by going down, but at least we can kinda deal with that. But weather? Well, it’s notoriously finicky, but this weekend, we actually had a little bit of a warning. Recently, we heard that some bad weather was headed our way this weekend. Well, we’ve got an update on that weather.
Disney Cruise Line announced that a policy change for their onboard youth clubs is coming this week!

One of the perks of traveling with Disney Cruise Line for guests with children is access to the youth clubs onboard. There are several different clubs available, which are organized by age range to help ensure that the kiddos get to enjoy age-appropriate activities. If your kids are looking forward to checking out one of the youth clubs on an upcoming sailing, we’ve got an important update to share!

Jollywood Nights
It’s often unpredictable, which is why we always tell you to prepare for rain, even when the forecast calls for sunny days. Well, this time, at least we were prepared for some bad weather because of a storm forecast for the weekend, and that weather event is already closing things down at Disney World, including Blizzard Beach. Now, a Disney World party has been canceled ahead of the storm.
From time to time, you’ll see construction and refurbishments going on at different hotels around Disney World.
Saratoga Springs Resort
Disney works hard at keeping their hotels updated and looking nice. They want you to feel like you’re at home away from home. We’ve seen a lot of work going on at hotels like Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs, and Disney’s Beach Club. These hotels have been getting some re-theming and upgrading to their rooms. But there’s one hotel that comes to mind when we think about which hotels have not gotten much love recently.

The holiday season is a notoriously busy time in the Disney parks. And the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s Day tend to be especially crowded. But even though you might expect the holiday dates themselves to be super busy, there’s another sneakier date that we also expect the parks to be PACKED!

We’ve been not-so-patiently waiting for Summer House on the Lake to open in Disney Springs ever since it was first announced, and with each update and sneak peek, we got more and more excited.
