Paseo and Centrico are located on the west side Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District.
Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán has created a menu of high-end Mexican cuisine also influenced by “his love of French culinary style and technique” for Paseo and Centrico! Paseo is the upstairs dining room, while Céntrico offers a courtyard bar and restaurant.
On weekdays, Paseo is open for dinner starting at 4PM. Centrico is open for both lunch and dinner. And Brunch fans, take note: You can enjoy weekend brunch at Paseo on Saturdays and Sundays from 9AM-2PM.
