Paseo and Centrico are NOW OPEN on the west side Disneyland Resort’s Downtown Disney District!
Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytan has created a menu of Mexican cuisine for Paseo and Centrico. Paseo is the upstairs dining room and Céntrico offers a courtyard bar and restaurant.
According to The Orange County Register, the bar area will have a “high-end Mexican-inspired small plate menu” with a menu featuring “tequila-based cocktails.”
And Brunch fans, take note: You can enjoy weekend brunch at Paseo on Saturdays and Sundays from 9AM-2PM On weekdays, Paseo is open for dinner starting at 4PM;
