Pepe by José Andrés is the first brick-and-mortar location patterned on the Chef’s popular food truck in the Washington, D.C. area (also called Pepe). Pepe is a counter service dining spot located in the front corner of Jaleo, the Chef’s Signature dining restaurant.

Pepe features Spanish cuisine, including hot and cold sandwiches on pan de cristal (a unique Spanish bread) along with Spanish sangria and more.

You can dine inside Pepe or take your food to grab-and-go as you enjoy your day in Disney Springs.
