The St. Patrick’s Day Cupcake is chocolate cake with mint ganache filling, vanilla frosting (like, a TON of it), and a white chocolate shamrock. ($5.99 through March 17th at Flame Tree Barbecue, Restaurantosaurus, and Creature Comforts)

St. Patrick’s Day Ice Cream Sandwich — Dino-Bite Snacks
This Animal Kingdom ice cream stop rarely disappoints with its seasonal ice cream sammies… and that includes the current St. Patrick’s Day Ice Cream Sandwich: TWO double chocolate chip cookies with a giant dollop of mint-chocolate ice cream in between. Plus, there’s plenty of Shamrock Sprinkles to get in the St. Paddy’s Day spirit! ($6.99 at through March 17th at Dino-Bite Snacks)

St. Patrick’s Day Reuben Totchos — Restaurantosaurus
Something for the savory seekers out there: the St. Patrick’s Day Reuben Totchos! These Totchos feature crispy potato barrels loaded with nacho cheese, sautéed corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and crunchy rye croutons. And it wasn’t on the menu, but ours also had sliced green onions. Yep, that’s definitely Reuben-inspired! (Restaurantosaurus through March 17th)

St. Patrick’s Day Dessert Trio — Nomad Lounge
The dessert trio at Nomad Lounge received its seasonal makeover, and includes an Amarula Rainbow Cake, Whiskey Caramel Cake Pop, and Coffee Panna Cotta. (Available through March 20th — $13.00 at Nomad Lounge)

Bangers Poutine — The Daily Poutine
Bangers Poutine serves up Pork Bangers Sausage, Stout Gravy, and Cheddar with an Onion Marmalade… all atop, of course, a signature bed of thick-cut French Fries for a St. Paddy’s Day twist on this famous Canadian dish! ($9.99 at The Daily Poutine)

What is the Shamrock Supreme, you ask? It’s a drink and snack combo of Everglazed’s Green Lemonade and a Shamrock Supreme Donut! There’s a NEW shamrock drink in town, courtesy of the Coca-Cola Store rooftop Beverage Bar in Disney Springs! It’s called the Shamrock Sour, and it’s made with Fanta Melon Frosty, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Lemon Juice, and for a bit of pop, Green Boba! ($15.00 at the Coca-Cola Store Rooftop Bar)

Dubliner Burger and Irish Cream Milkshake — D-Luxe Burger
D-Luxe Burger has brought back two seasonal favorites which will be available through March 31st: the Dubliner Burger (a Signature-blend beef patty with Dubliner cheddar, corned beef, shoestring fried onions, Irish Stout Barbecue Sauce, lettuce, and grilled onions) and the non-alcoholic Irish Cream Gelato Milkshake! The Bailey’s Chocolate Cupcake is a chocolate cake with a Bailey’s Irish cream mousse dome covered in a velvet chocolate spray. Plus, it’s decorated with chocolate ganache, shamrock sprinkles, and chocolate and vanilla crisp pearls. The Lucky Shamrock Cocktail is a drink that’s simply perfect for celebrating St. Paddy’s at the Polynesian! This festive concoction mixes coconut rum with melon liqueur and pineapple juice. Vanilla smoothie cream completes this creation, which is also garnished with a rim of green sugar sprinkles. ($12.00 at Barefoot Pool Bar)

Petals Pool Bar at Disney’s Pop Century Resort is serving up a few St. Patrick’s Day Specials! The offerings include two cocktails called Pop O’ the Morning and Dublin Your Luck as well as Green Draft Beers and Guinness Irish Stout. We went with the Pop O’ the Morning cocktail made with Jameson, Midori, and lemonade and topped with a lucky garnish. ($14.00 at Petals Pool Bar)

The Irish Car Bundt Cake is St Patrick’s Day all the way, with a Guinness cake, Baileys Irish Cream Mousse and Whiskey Caramel. It’s like a pub in dessert form, and Disney’s description DOES emphasize that this Bundt cake contains alcohol. ($4.49 at The Artist’s Palette)

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
At Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, you could find the St. Patrick Cupcake. This is a green velvet cupcake (yes, green!!), with cream cheese icing. Oh, and it’s topped with Chip ‘n’ Dale wearing some adorably festive St. Patrick’s Day outfits, along with some chocolate shamrocks. ($5.99 on March 17th only at Roaring Fork)

St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations
If you just so happen to be in Disney World for the BIG DAY on March 17th, Raglan Road — the authentic Irish pub in Disney Springs — is THE place to be! The Mighty St. Patrick’s Day Festival — Unplugged! will run from March 12th-17th. Pub co-owner John Cooke says it “remains the best Irish hospitality experience in America.” We’ll see Irish food and drink, gift competitions, and even some giveaways!
On March 17th (St. Patrick’s Day), Raglan Road will open at 10AM with a $10 cover charge. Reservations are strongly recommended, as capacity will be limited to respect social distancing guidelines. You can book a 2-hour time slot on the Raglan Road website now.

Classic Confections — Trolley Treats
Look who got all decked out for the occasion: it’s the St. Patrick’s Mickey Apple! This is a Granny Smith apple coated in caramel and milk chocolate, with white chocolate details and marshmallow ears. ($11.99 at Trolley Treats)
