We’re headed to the Scandinavia marketplace for our favorite dish – the rice pudding with berries. It’s a dessert with interesting textures, yet extremely creamy! We also recommend the Swedish meatballs and Xante Sunshine Cocktail, but in 2011 we were not fans of the Taste of Scandinavia’s cold fish and shrimp.
