In the past, our favorite dish at the Scandinavia Booth was the rice pudding with berries. With interesting textures, it’s a dessert that’s also extremely creamy! Our other recommendations? The Swedish meatballs and Xante Sunshine Cocktail. We’re not fans of the Taste of Scandinavia’s cold fish and shrimp.
