Spyglass Grill is most easily accessible when guests are in the Trinidad South area of this large Resort, near the pool.

Though the space is not large, the menu — with a focus on American food infused with Caribbean flavors — boasts some nice variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And there are a few tables in the shaded seating area, too.
